Our goal is to provide all our patients efficient, comprehensive, quality orthodontic treatment in a friendly and enjoyable environment. We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home, so please allow us to introduce ourselves! Below you will find some more details about each one of us, but we are particularly proud of the over 100 years of combined experience that all of our certified orthodontic dental assistants have to offer.
Certified Orthodontic Assistants
Cherice
Originally hired in the fall of 1981, Cherice is a very talented and caring certified orthodontic assistant. She spends her weekends tending to her family farm with her husband, Al.
Melissa
As one of the softest spoken members of our treatment team, Melissa has been quietly caring for our patients since June of 1993. She quietly enjoys her weekends with her husband, Chris.
Paula
With an amazing knack for being able to answer almost any trivia question we ask her, Paula has steadily cared for our patients since March 1987. Her husband, Rob, quizzes her regularly.
Julie
Julie has always provided a gentle touch to all those in her care. She saw her first patients in our office during the spring of 1983 and enjoys her free time with her husband, Phil.
Lori
As one of the newest members of our treatment team, Lori has provided a warm smile and a caring touch to all our patients since the spring of 2006. She was just recently married to a very nice gentleman by the name of Bret.
Trisha
We are very fortunate to have Trisha working in our office. She is a very experienced certified orthodontic assistant who offers us some flexibility with her skills as a receptionist. She started caring for our patients in August 2005.
Receptionists
Gail
One of the funniest members of our staff, Gail has an amazing talent for providing quick, quality service at the reception desk even during the craziest times and always offers a friendly smile when you enter our office. She and her husband, Fred, enjoy their time at the lake and she has been a team member since August 1995.
Jeannie
Jeannie's friendly smile has been welcoming our patients at the reception desk since 2001. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, John, and their two children.
Treatment Coordinator
Jan
From the very start of your orthodontic treatment, Jan will provide for you a thorough explanation of what to expect and how to proceed. If you ever have any questions regarding communications with your dentist or any questions regarding your orthodontic treatment, Jan will gladly help with a warm and friendly smile. She has been a member of our team since the fall of 1990 and enjoys quiet weekends at home with her husband, Kim.
Accounting and Insurance
Tina
As our newest member of our office staff, Tina' main responsibility includes the fun job of filing your insurance and communicating with them to maximize your insurance benefits. She enjoys her free time with her husband, Larry, and their three children.
Diagnostic Records
Nancy
After your initial consultation with Dr. Indiveri, your next step in achieving a perfect smile involves dental photos, impressions, and x-rays. Nancy has a great gentle touch at doing records such that even the most nervous patient is put at ease. Nancy has been a team member since February 1998 and spends her free time and weekends with her husband, Carl.
Laboratory
DeLisa
Although working behind the scenes in the laboratory, DeLisa works hard at providing us with the highest quality retainers (and orthodontic appliances) possible. DeLisa has been with us practicing her craft since July 1993 and is happily married to her husband, Mike.
